Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a Counter-Notification. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days, unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity.

Your Counter-Notification must be a written communication that includes the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material.
  • The subscriber’s name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located. If the subscriber’s address is outside of the United States, the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Arabian Dreams may be found. The subscriber also agrees to accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
